Be careful. I think they may be focused on selling new equipment instead of repairs. I called and shared that my laptop is having issues downloading websites, especially ones that require a log-in. The woman immediately asked the age of my computer and suggested that I need to buy a new one. That's outrageous! How can anyone suggest a new laptop, before a diagnostic review. I didn't trust them to look at my laptop, because I'm sure their going to try to pressure me to buy one of theirs.
Great service and excell
Geek Squad member came out and rung a doorbell that do not work so he didn’t even complete the service! My washer is broken that I haven’t even purchased that long ago. Bad enough I had to wait for them to order the mother board and for it to ship from Kentucky and a week for him to finally be able to come out again SMH. I have kids in school and this is a really big inconvenience now I have to wait until December 3rd for someone to come out so now I have to spend money to go to the laundry mat! I received good service, however, I made an appointment and arrived on time. The rep took someone who walked in and who did not have an appointment. She should have asked those who were standing in line if they had an appointment first, and checked the board for their name. If she had done so, she would have known the person who walked in was not next. How did I know he did not have an appointment ahead of me, I heard their conversation and he stated he walked in.
