Great Service/Experience with Reynoldsburg Geek Squad Associates: James, Kaylynn, & Shawn. An extra "Kudos" to James for the superior customer service, knowledge, and professionalism that he demonstrated on: 8.9.2025 and then again today. A Night & Day difference between the Best Buy store experience and the Geek Squad team.
Once again I have received awful service from Geek Squad. For the second time they cancelled my appointment they told me they would certainly keep. Their window of arrival time is 7-7. So it is a major inconvenience when they do not show. I am scheduled once again. When they cancel you have to wait over a week to be rescheduled. My installation will not take long at all, it’s just getting them to come. Of course they have charged me for this service almost a month ago. Poor customer service.
5 stars for the setup folks. I trust them and know they know what they are doing. That sales folks will tell thar you need items you simply don't. I have had the Squad out several times over the years. Bottom line is if you a bit ubsure installing a say 98 inchTV usee them. No regrets. Its also not a clean process linging it up with the store. Again installers are 5 stars!
Purcahsed a tv on sale at bestbuy, geeksquad was handed the torch for delivery. Oh how they fumbled. This has been the absolute worst experience in delivery and reconciliation. The delivery window was set at 3pm-7pm. I was out of the house when I got a canned at approx. 1:30pm for the operations department saying that the deliveries are going fast and they can deliver sooner than expected.
