After all of my experiences here, the name best buy is no longer synonymous with trustworthy, nor will it be a place I consider for new tech releases. From a business standpoint, I don't feel my information is safe with some of the questionable stuff the employees are occupying themselves with. If I could have never had a transaction here, I would in a heartbeat. Scott really did a great job going above and beyond with making things right after I had several problems with a PC I had recently purchased. He was very knowledgeable and has experience with both PC and Apple. Thanks again Scott!
My dell Pc lost Power but was still under warranty. Popped into BestBuy to check in the power adapter before shipping PC & adapter back to Dell. Scott checked in seconds and said it was the power adapter. Also told us where to find a replacement in store. At checkout Brit was also really helpful. Great service BestBuy.
