I bough a top end Dell Laptop from Best Buy (Inspiron 16 inch, 7155H) in Feb 2025. However in 6 months, one fine day the laptop did not come up. Nothing on the screen. Zilch!! .. Tried to follow some online stuff to battery reset or hard reset & boot. Nothing worked. Finally took it to Geek Squad (in Best Buy). the Polaris location was organized, stayed on schedule, very helpful, respectful & the service was great!! I will NEVER go back to the Westervill location!! They were rude, totally unprofessional & I just had to walked out.

One of the worst service I have ever received in my entire of life time. Their corporate customer service and their in store customer service both will serve none. They are very rude they do not any courtesy towards customers. Neither corporate customer service and in store knows their policies well. They make you go round and round which doesn’t go anywhere. Both of them keep you in wait for long hours serving nothing. They screwed my time like anything. Can’t explain this but they literally screwed me.
