These guys are awesome! Brought in my PC to have a NVIDIA graphics card installed, and they did a fantastic job in under 2 hours. They also cleaned out all the dust inside my PC, and it looks great now. They are also very responsive and polite.
I bough a top end Dell Laptop from Best Buy (Inspiron 16 inch, 7155H) in Feb 2025. However in 6 months, one fine day the laptop did not come up. Nothing on the screen. Zilch!! .. Tried to follow some online stuff to battery reset or hard reset & boot. Nothing worked. Finally took it to Geek Squad (in Best Buy). the Polaris location was organized, stayed on schedule, very helpful, respectful & the service was great!! I will NEVER go back to the Westervill location!! They were rude, totally unprofessional & I just had to walked out.
