I brought my laptop in for a software issue, but when I went to pick it up the keyboard had been cracked to the point where half the space bar didn't work and neither did the 'm' key. The young man that worked with me agreed that it had not been there when I brought it in and when he worked on it. The backing had also been improperly put back on indicating that someone had opened up the computer housing. A while back we had one laptop that had died so we brought it to Geek squad, they said it was a bad hard drive and what it would cost to fix it, well The labor cost was close to The price of getting their Totaltech membership for a year. Totaltech says they will work on any of your electronics for a year it’s about $200 a year if I remember right. All labor is covered but you pay for any parts.
