Took my PC because I was having issues with it basically became unplayable… no games would open at all. I had all my information ready to book an appointment and made it as smooth as possible on my end and took it to geek squad in Burlington. We took my iPhone to the Geek Squad because the screen was cracked. They were WONDERFUL. On time. Polite. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Affordable. Isaac is a gem; Best Buy should clone him. Here's hoping we won't need help with our iPhones in the near future, but if we do, we'll absolutely go back to Isaac at Best Buy in Burlington, WA!
Had a charging problem with my laptop. Was unaware of the charging capability of the computer by USB-C. Was able to order the charger and my laptop is back up and running.
