Around the end of September, we brought a Dell G16 laptop in for cleaning and repairs involving the fans. Upon bringing it in, we got a quote saying it'd take a few weeks to have the laptop shipped out for repairs. It took less than a week for it to ship down to where it'd be repaired, but for the next 3 weeks, it seemed to just be sitting around because they could not find the correct part to replace and/or fix the fan barring. I came to get my AppleCare service because the charging port on my iPhone 16 Pro Max stopped working. After the repair, I noticed what looked like a small scratch on the screen. I didn’t give it much importance at the time, thinking it might have happened during the service. However, about two weeks later the scratch started spreading into an actual crack. I called The geek squad to make an appointment to get my laptop tuned up. I didn't realize that you didn't have to do that anymore because they can do it online right while you're sitting there at your laptop. It was actually pretty cool and it saved me a lot of time and now my laptop is working much better. I recommend them for taking care of electronics because we've been using them for a few years now.
