Absolute garbage service. Had battery replaced August, monthly later the bulging battery in the phone cracked the screen. Discovery of battery issue happened when I went to get screen replaced. Absolutely no help from the Geek Squad on the less than 8 month old battery. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but Geek Squad.

Made apt. Guy was 5 min late. After he did his computer thing about 15 min worth I was told to come back in one hour for new battery replacement. It was done on time and this was on a Sunday.

Around the end of September, we brought a Dell G16 laptop in for cleaning and repairs involving the fans. Upon bringing it in, we got a quote saying it'd take a few weeks to have the laptop shipped out for repairs. It took less than a week for it to ship down to where it'd be repaired, but for the next 3 weeks, it seemed to just be sitting around because they could not find the correct part to replace and/or fix the fan barring. I came to get my AppleCare service because the charging port on my iPhone 16 Pro Max stopped working. After the repair, I noticed what looked like a small scratch on the screen. I didn’t give it much importance at the time, thinking it might have happened during the service. However, about two weeks later the scratch started spreading into an actual crack.
