DONT USE! Gave me a 12 hour window then never showed up. Calling the customer service number is a joke - automated system and on hold 20 minutes no answer. Geek squad - you really can’t figure out how to come to someone’s house…?
Bought new computer... Geek Squad told me that when I turn on my new computer that my desktop would have everything on it, all my files, all my apps.. but when I turned on my new computer nothing was on the desk top... luckily I had a friend who could transfer all my data from my old hard drive on to my new computer.. took 3 hours... so very disappointed with geek squad... won't be calling them again
