They need to have a lawsuit against them. 2 weeks ago, I stopped by to inquire about work done on a friend's laptop. I SIGNED NO PAPERWORK, but made the mistake of giving them my EMAIL ADDRESS. Today, 12.4.2024, I get a $476.00 INVOICE for "signing up" for their package. You might want to cease and desist with your idiotic tactics, that I assure would look nice on the evening news.....and in my favor for damages in Court.

If I could give them a negative score I would! Worse experience ever!!!!! Called and made an appointment to get my dryer repaired the said the would be there on Thursday May 9 between 12:30 and 4:30 left work early to be there just to find out that the tech called my husbands phone to say he had a cancellation could he come early my husband not able to answer phone at work! Absolutely a terrible experience. Had to get corporate involved to prove I had a protection plan on my PC to get it looked at.

Absolutely horrible unprofessional. Never called to confirm time the day before. Didn't keep appointment time claimed to have shown up but never came to the door. Never answered the phone or text messages. The office didn't resolve the issue either instead they said they would call back with a solution and never once did. The worst customer service and experience I've ever had. Disappointed to have purchased the geek squad protection with horrible service. Waste of money
