We have been rescheduled 3 times for a tv install. How many times are you going to push it back!? Customer service gives us NOTHING to work with. Inexcusable. You already took our money for a service you won’t provide! And customer service won’t give it back to us! Jere was extremely helpful and made my day with helping me replace my earbuds that broke. I wasn't sure what to expect with filing a claim under my protection plan, and I'm incredibly grateful someone with such excellent customer service was able to help.
I think I'm pretty computer savvy, but when I can't Google my way out of a problem, Best Buy Geek Squad knows exactly how to fix it and gets my computer spruced up every time! I've been there three times over the years, and I need to schedule an appointment again now for something else! They are great!
Geek Squad originally did a faulty screen repair on my phone, and they agreed to replace it. I spent three hours with the team on a Thursday working through the process, and everything seemed set. When I went back on Monday to pick up the replacement, Andre told me they were no longer replacing the phone. Very disappointing experience — I’d recommend getting Apple repairs done elsewhere.
My computer wasn’t turning on so I took it here. They fixed my computer in half an hour.
