Lap top had been hacked . Picked up took home and lap top worked fine until I tried to print and the printer would not print from laptop but did print from my phone. Took back and was told to call geek squad to come out and fix . Totally not acceptable. They should tell customers their printer won’t work if we fix your laptop

I can't believe it. Google gave me a phone number to scam artists. I called them they said they were going to want me thru the procedure. They told me to push 3 buttons on my computer. And then they had control of my computer. To make a long story short. Before I realized I was being scamed they got 2000.00 dollars out of my bank account. I had to drop everything and run up to the bank and close all my bank accounts.
