I can't believe it. Google gave me a phone number to scam artists. I called them they said they were going to want me thru the procedure. They told me to push 3 buttons on my computer. And then they had control of my computer. To make a long story short. Before I realized I was being scamed they got 2000.00 dollars out of my bank account. I had to drop everything and run up to the bank and close all my bank accounts. Went in for my laptop screen to get repaired and was told they don’t repair or replace screens unless you bought their warranty. No where does it state this on their website! Thanks for being completely useless and for wasting my time. Definitely not the geek squad from years ago that provided genuine help!
Because of geek squad I can't scan manually anymore. They want money but don't help with the problem. I'm done with them.
