My GE washing machine purchased at Best Buy in May 2024 has not been working for nearly 7 weeks. Geek squad has now cancelled 3 times with no reason. Having to take off work for them not to show up within their promised timeframe with a last minute cancellation is beyond frustrating. I’ve went to the store and called customer care with no outcome at all. Horrible and unacceptable customer service!
This gem thought he didn’t have to yield to merging into traffic. Since he doesn’t have to abide by traffic laws, he proceeded to tailgate me on I-430 in Little Rock, AR this morning, flipping me off, and honking his horn. As his road rage continued, he would switch lanes behind me following too closely and was inches away from rear ending my car. These opinions are mine, and I stand by them as they are based on the experience and treatment that I received today. I will never, ever purchase another appliance from Best Buy. My dryer needed repair, so I set up an appointment ahead of time. Originally, I was given 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for Saturday. I understood this and agreed.
