Had an appointment with Geek Squad today. I went into the West Omaha store, albeit 3 minutes late to my appointment, the gentleman with the colorful hair at the counter was still assisting the person ahead of me, no big deal. I get to the counter about 10 minutes passed my appointment time and tell the technician my name. The first thing he says to me is "you're late" in an annoyed tone, as if I had done something to personally wrong or offend him. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Wish they better managed their appointments and check-in process, but they deliver and get results.
