I would have gave the 0 if i could have. Bought washer and dryer from them 2 weeks ago. Was supposed.to be delivered like 5 days ago and all these people keep doing is saying they dont even know where my washer and dryer are and won't give me refund. Biggest run around ive ever gotten anywhere I've ever shopped. They dont deserve our business.
I was on a vacation in the area & was having phone issues & stopped by. Ernest quickly solved my issue, while maintaining great customer service. He made sure to constantly keep me posted while fixing the issue. He understood i was frustrated about the issue & made sure to help me feel better & gave me so much information. Thank you so much!
My son took his PC in and they fixed it right away. Plus they're CHEAP

Awful customer service! No local number to speak with team member! Lost my repair !! Don’t use Geek-squad!!!
