Despite explicit instructions, written and verbal guarantees, they failed. They failed and took their time in supplying details. Details that were skeletal at best. In the end, they still charged for failing to complete the task required. A two week window of work become 6 weeks. They never supplied information on what happened. The only communication was to ask for payment. If that information had been supplied, the work would have been halted and no further charges would have been accrued. Do not use.
they deserve -10000000 stars. Made an 11:40 appointment. Had to wait for almost 15 mins past appointment because there was only one person working. Understandable. However, when I did finally get checked in, I was turned away because the repair tech had called in. I was then told the soonest I could reschedule was the next afternoon or the day after that.
