Today was the first time we used Geek Squad services and it was a fabulous experience. Great customer service and they really know their stuff! We had to wait 3 weeks but that wasn’t their fault and it was well worth the wait. We even called them with a follow up question after they left and they came back and fixed it for us. Very happy with Geek Squad.

Absolutely terrible customer service now. You cannot even connect to the store; it goes to a call center. I needed help mounting my TV to an existing TV-Stand-Mount and was told it would be $200 I explained if someone looked at it (consultation $50 and then mounted it $25-$50) it shouldn’t be over $120; I used to work at Best Buy and they used to pride themselves on customer service. My grandpa and I ended up mounting it ourselves for free and it’s just fine. Will never go through Best Buy again.
