We went in with an appointment took a laptop we had to wait 30 minutes maybe but they took care of it no problem great job

Went in for rgb connectivity issues on my fans, and I was told 3-4 days. Was notified day 3 that my PC case power supply was accidentally cut. They informed me that I could have the exact same case ordered from a 3rd party or one from the store. I went in the store and opted for one they had on hand that they said was compatible. After a few days go by, I'm told my motherboard isn't actually compatible and that a replacement case would be ordered. My initial 3-4 days turned into about 2.5 weeks.
