They were very busy and the man who helped me was very knowledgeable. It would be convenient to have a technician on site to make PC repairs.
Make sure you set an appointment! Otherwise you will be waiting while the associate with the pink glasses flirts with the customers.
I made the mistake of trying to use Best Buy; I went in to purchase a dash cam and was told they can order it online and it will be at my door tomorrow, so I went through with the purchase. My bank paid Best Buy; then Best Buy sent me a text claiming my order got canceled and I have to wait a week to get my money back and there’s no way they can get it to me when they agreed.
