Our customer service experience was unpleasant. The lady that was there was rude and her tone was very condescending. We didn’t even finish explaining our issue to her before she cut us off and immediately assumed what was wrong with our phone… she didn’t even offer to diagnoses…
Poor management. I was in this store 4 different times just to get a phone screen replaced. In the last one after I had already paid $270.00, they tell me they don’t have the parts to fix it. Employees are nice enough, but the place is inefficient and/or understaffed.
We called Geek Squad to set up an appointment to get our devices scanned for viruses. We were told over the phone that the diagnostic screening would be no charge but if viruses were found and needed to be treated, THEN payment would be necessary. When we got into store, they told us it would be $150 to screen for viruses regardless of whether there were viruses or not.
