My iPhone quit working when I tried to update the iOS while it was connected to my PC. I brought it in and Khalil (sp?) was very courteous, professional, and understanding. He was able to get my phone up and running within the hour. I was able to leave the store and come back. When I came back, it was working and he waited on me to reset my phone to make sure it was working properly and he helped me when I ran into some snags with resetting it. Our customer service experience was unpleasant. The lady that was there was rude and her tone was very condescending. We didn’t even finish explaining our issue to her before she cut us off and immediately assumed what was wrong with our phone… she didn’t even offer to diagnoses…
Poor management. I was in this store 4 different times just to get a phone screen replaced. In the last one after I had already paid $270.00, they tell me they don’t have the parts to fix it. Employees are nice enough, but the place is inefficient and/or understaffed.
