The service was inconsistent with what i am used to from Best Buy. I purchased a camera last May. Purchased the extended warranty, I have a ton of events coming up and the camera stops working. Take it to the Glen Burnie location. The guy at the desk seemed uninterested in answering questions. Gave me short answers to specific questions. Dropped off my laptop here for a straightforward RAM + SSD upgrade and was told it would be taken care of. I came back ~24 hours later because I hadn’t heard a single update—turns out they hadn’t even started. No call, no text, no status—nothing. I needed the job done same day/next morning, and instead I wasted a day and a trip only to walk out with a refund. If you can’t meet a timeline, say so up front. If you’re backed up, communicate. I’m leaving this review a whole lot later than I meant to, but I wanted to make sure that I did because of the quality of service I received. Raheem and James, thank you so much for helping me not only fix my laptop, but also to pursue a refund at another Best Buy location.
