I try not to leave bad reviews and only good reviews as some people usually only write a review to be negative, but unfortunately this will be one of them. My 4 year old Dell XPS (lightly used) ran into an issue where the computer would not boot up past the Dell Logo due to a "missing SSD". I brought it to Geek Squad to see if they can troubleshoot it to see what the issue was. I was told that it was an SSD issue, but that they would have to do a deeper dive to really understand the issue. So I was offered the option to buy ... read more

i don’t like leaving negative reviews because it was a tad bit on me but i took in my iphone 16 pro max covered by apple care + that i was paying for my back glass broke and i took it to a repair store and it broke again figured id take it to them since i had it covered under warranty. started the process 3/13 was told the part had to be ordered i payed 30$ got called on 3/19 saying it was ready and to come in anyday went 3/20 got told id had to come the next day due to the person doing repair not being there. went in 3/21 w... read more
