Purchased a new laptop from Best Buy on Thursday July 10. I believe I got home and got it all set up. I do daytrading I need to do to run a specific app. It did not work with the app. I called the geek squad. I bought Total Tech last month from Alex since it covers repairs, both physical or software issues. I asked if I could have my other computer fixed from home, has a physical problem, and he said it doesn't matter where you bought it as long as you have total tech. So I did. Now, a month later, they're saying that its not covered by the plan. And that it only covers any device you buy after total tech which is very confusing and misleading. Very disappointed.
