I had an appalling experience with the Geek Squad manager, Duke, and his conduct reflected extremely poorly on this Best Buy location. My ASUS laptop is only a few months old and is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. ASUS specifically instructed me to go through Best Buy because the laptop was purchased there. Fix your phone. I asked the ai to connect me to a person and it didn’t, it hung up on me! I called again and said speak to a person about this specific issue and it was unable to understand my issues.
Purchased a new laptop from Best Buy on Thursday July 10. I believe I got home and got it all set up. I do daytrading I need to do to run a specific app. It did not work with the app. I called the geek squad. They connected me with India for four hours and the geek squad rep in India told me that there was something wrong with the app. It wasn't the laptop which I wasn't buying so I went back to the store and explain what was going on to the girl that helped me there in the order in store after she ran her test.
