Great front-line help but supervisor decided phone “wasn’t damaged enough” to support Apple Care warranty claim. Back to the Apple Store next time.
They have the worst people answering phone. Their communication skills suck. I felt like I got transferred to a foreign call center.
My Samsung phone was being bombarded with hacks I made an appointment over the phone and went to the Princeton Best Buy. A wonderful young man named John fixed my phone in a few minutes. Great customer service there.
