Shoutout the homie Matt, I made an appointment for 8:20pm on a Thursday and he had some other customers when I arrived, he asked me if I could come back later since he didn't know if he would get to me in time before closing after I explained what I came in for, I asked if there was any way that it would be possible and he said there *might* be a possibility, emphasis on the *might*, I let him know I'll wait and if it doesn't happen it doesn't happen, he said he didn't want me to wait around to then not be helped but I said ... read more
Bad store
Went in for an iPhone battery replacement. Took a little over 2 hours with an appointment. Would recommend if that service is needed. Good alternative to Apple Store.
Had an appointment for a phone screen repair via Apple Care. They were 10 minutes late before finally getting someone to take my phone and telling me it would be done in 20 minutes. Came back 15 minutes later just to check, only to be told that their system was down so they couldn't make the repair. Next time I'm going elsewhere.
