Had an appointment for a phone screen repair via Apple Care. They were 10 minutes late before finally getting someone to take my phone and telling me it would be done in 20 minutes. Came back 15 minutes later just to check, only to be told that their system was down so they couldn't make the repair. Next time I'm going elsewhere.
Very Poor Customer Service. Please don’t buy protection plan from best buy. They are fraud. I bought microwave with two year protection plan from them. And it stops working in less than one year. So, i call customer support and they said, they will provide me replacement bring it in store. And when i went the store. They didn’t provide me replacement and they disrespected me. ZERO STARS! During a routine procedure their tech created a problem and just left it. The next tech didn't know how to fix it, said I needed to have someone come out. They wanted to charge me for a home visit to fix a problem created by their own tech!!! I cancelled service. They used to be good, now they're AWFUL.
