Not sure of the gentleman's name who helped me on the evening of 7/31, but he was patient and exceptional. He assisted my neighbor with memory loss, by deleting apps installed when she downloaded a fake clean up app. He was understanding, patient and dedicated time to help this senior.

They didn’t believe me on the issue with my macbook (20 min software fix), quoted me $400 and 7 days. Another repair service fixed it in 20 minutes for free with the exact instructions I gave. Just go to the apple store
I had a appointment at 1.40 they called me too book i arrive there literally have me standing for 30 minutes and had someone infront whats the point of appointment
