Do not go here. They are scamming people into buying new computers for their own sales or commission. My friend went to them because her laptop suddenly stopped turning on. They "troubleshooted" her laptop and told her that they would need to send it out for repairs and it could take several days. She explained that she needs her laptop for classes so they handed her off to the sales rep and said to "make sure to include his name on the sales" likely for commission.
