I drove an hour and they wouldn’t even take my laptop that was a present for repair. Keeping in mind all it needs is a new charging port. I’m not asking for them to unlock it or anything like that absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life four people at the same appointment time two people out there and then they couldn’t even touch it after I drove an hour to get it done.
I had a 2018 Macbook Air that I didn’t turn on for 2 years (yikes I know) I’ve been wanting to use it for my business and needed to try to get into it. None of my passwords were right and it wouldn’t even let me connect my apple ID to login. Long story short, the Geek Squad was able to just completely wipe my laptop and that was best case scenario for me!
