Cannot talk with any agent
Absolutely Terrible service. Young man at the counter was extremely cocky, unwilling to help. Technician left to go home before closing hours therefore there was no one to assist with my appointment that was made in advance. Just absolutely poor customer service.
The guys were nice but pushing me to spend 350$ to send in my phone and couldn’t tell me what was wrong with it. Said I’d have to pay 450$ for a new one. I took it to Daniel’s in tanger outlets and he replaced the screen for a reasonable price, & finished in 20 min. Works perfectly now!
Wow. Blown over. Came in with Acer laptop I could not sign in and all on line methods to solve failed. Within 10 minutes all copacetic. Did not charge me as the first twenty minutes equals no charge. Wow
I just want to say thank you to Shannai! He was God sent to us today. I have been to geek squad Savannah branch for this problem and it was not fixable, infact they were not helpful at all and they were very mean but Shannai was very attentive and helpful. If not for him, this issue won’t probably be resolved. We need more people like him at the geek squad to attend to us. I am so grateful and may God bless you Mr. Shannai.
