Josh and Brendan came by my 89 year old Moms house this morning to install a tv. Please give both Josh and Brandon credit for being the most helpful and nicest workers ever! They installed her new tv and along with that helped her with a computer issue and also with an issue that she was having with a remote for one of her other tvs. I was there and observed how wonderful they treated my mother and myself. It is rare to get this service especially from 2 people! Thank you Geek Squad!
Best Buy admits that they inadvertently canceled my total tech plan. (I have been a loyal customer for many years) When I asked that it be reinstated, they refused. Buying a new plan doesn't cover the equipment I already own. VERY DISAPPOINTED. How do I give no stars at all?
Best Buy needs to change it's automated voice system - need a person. Impossible to get to Geek Squad for service. Horrible phone experience!
Cannot talk with any agent
Absolutely Terrible service. Young man at the counter was extremely cocky, unwilling to help. Technician left to go home before closing hours therefore there was no one to assist with my appointment that was made in advance. Just absolutely poor customer service.
