Honestly, a scam. Went in to see why couldn’t my new graphics work with my computer. Just to run a a diagnostic (just to see what’s the problem) is $100. And then they offered me the “golden” deal where if I paid for a $200 annual deal, I’d be saving so much. Declined it just for them to rebook me another appointment the next day. The same day, however, I went to a local computer shop in Long Beach. The owner straight up told me what was the issue without charging me anything.
