Nobody from the geek squad helped me with my T.V. repair service needed. I scheduled a appointment online and when I got there the customer service rep didn't provide good customer service at all. I was under the impression that I could get my t.v repaired there, customer service rep ask me "did I buy my t.v. from best buy and I stated No" she replied with you got to have a service protection plan from best buy. I just called the Allen Park location and the person I spoke with insisted on getting my "full name and phone number" before they could even speak to me about repairing my tablet. I get enough spam already, thank you very much
