They try hard, and get skirted at every turn by impossible corporate expectations, don't waste money buying mobile electronics here or going to geek squad expecting help. You will wait two weeks per service for your device from Samsung, Google, Apple or Motorola product, and the warrantee bought from bestbuy wont skirt the proccess, only insure they have further grounds to deny an exchange when you buy a defective or faulty device from them. called looking for a quote on repairing the TV, i already knew what was wrong with it, just needed a new backlight, but they told me that it was mandatory that i pay a 100 dollar "diagnostic fee" so they could send a technician out to turn my tv on, see the dim screen and confirm that it is in fact the backlight. long story short, this place wants to nickel and dime you, just shop local instead
Made an appointment to have my laptop worked on. Showed up 5 minutes early, 20 minutes later no one had acknowledged I was standing at the check in counter for people with appointments. 4 different people saw me, walked past me. Not a word. I left. I'm sure I can find someone with just as much knowledge that will value my business.
