. Stop, Be cautious. My experience with this shop was extremely disappointing. There was a lack of honesty, a failure to keep their commitments, and a clear disregard for customer time. Prices are outrageous. If zero stars were possible, I would give that. I recommend shopping around — there are many reputable and fairly priced computer repair shops elsewhere.
My experience here has been mixed. Very good for laptop/TV and very bad for appliances. Was looking for washer and dryer. Was there for 20 mins walking through the aisles and standing for someone to help. Both the employees were busy at the sales counter. Even when I stood at/nearby the counter for 5 mins, no help or even courtesy 'we will help you shortly' was offered. No one even looked up to acknowledge my presence. would give 0 stars if I could. I brought my iphone in to have the back glass repaired and was told I needed to bring it back the following week because they have to order the part. I brought my phone back and was told to come back in 2 hours only for me to come back 2 hours later to a completely broken unfixable phone. Take your Apple products to Apple for repairs. Brought my iPhone in for a cracked case repair. It took several days. They swapped out the insides and didn’t deactivate my eSIM. My phone doesn’t work and I can’t activate my repaired phone without my old one. This caused me to spend hours on the phone with my cell provider explaining the situation.
