Not worth your time I took my macintosh computer to Geek Squad for some help and received no service at all. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before I had to find someone on my own to help me. They were not even from the computer repair department. It was one of the Best buy sales people. Worst Service Ever!!!!! What ever you do, never take your computer to a Geek Squad if you are in need of computer repair. They are nothing but a rip off. My story begins with one of my office computers just basically taking a dump. It happened to be the computer used by my office manager who basically does everything.
