Every time I call the store to ask questions, I get an online representative who can never help me or transfer me to the store. They have just lost a customer. I will look elsewhere for what I need. I'm tired of these automated systems.
Went in to ask a simple question 1 person at the counter to be help. The wife and I sat in the chairs to be called up. We waited, waited and waited people walking in and out of the back room never saying one word to us at all. By that time another lady got in line, she waited then finally left. We still sitting there after about 15 minutes I left the wife stayed after awhile she left to ask someone in the store for help. I'm wondering Is that geeks squad new policy ignoring people unless they have a appointment.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in for what should’ve been a simple fix—getting out of S Mode on my laptop. A Geek Squad technician attempted to troubleshoot it and ended up breaking the system to the point where I could no longer log in. After crashing it, he told me the laptop was faulty and said I’d need to pay to have it fixed—even though it was fully functional before I brought it in. I truly liked geek squad three years ago now not so much, Took my Phone to them just for one of the guys to mess up on my paperwork and he sent my Phone out to Apple.Apple fixed it and sent it back June 3rd only to go to the store #106 to be told they don't have my phone and if I want a loaner (annoyed) I tell him I want my phone because with a loan it's going to be extra to get my temp service set over Nope I want my phone it's New iPhone 16 the speaker and charging port went out and NOW my phone is LOST SMH until both comp... read more
