Absolutely awful experience. I made an appointment for a quick ram installation last week. I come into my appointment to be told it'll take 3 days for them to make a 20 minute installation. Even after making an appointment I was put to the "back of the queue." I made it known it was my work computer when making the appointment and this was the result. Insanity.
Prescott, AZ Geek Squad was paid $129 by my father in October 2024 to install a newly purchased A/V receiver. The two techs arrived on time, connected all of the speakers, connected the components, stated that the TV (which had been working fine) was shot, and left. Dad called one of the techs 15 minutes later to say that the Dish Network wasn't working properly (audio, no video). Tech stated that they'd return after the next job.
