I updated our home theater with a new TV. Had some intermittent, high level technical problems getting all the components to talk to each other. It took three visits before Skylar figured it out but he took ownership of the problem until it was resolved. A very professional young man. While the Geek Squad fees may be high, it's cheaper than treating myself for hair loss! 😳

When to get the display on mac book fixed was told i couldn’t ship it that day and to come back another day, came back paid 85.95 to ship my mac book and get it fixed. was told it would take a couple weeks and it took more than a month. when i went to pick up the laptop they had not even fixed it. told me i declined the services saying i probably didn’t answer the calls. i had received no calls, texts, or emails from them. Absolutely awful experience. I made an appointment for a quick ram installation last week. I come into my appointment to be told it'll take 3 days for them to make a 20 minute installation. Even after making an appointment I was put to the "back of the queue." I made it known it was my work computer when making the appointment and this was the result. Insanity.
