Waste of time and money. Everything in the store is overpriced, and Geek Squad services are no exception. For example, I recently had them reinstall Windows 10 and install a new 500GB SSD, and the total came to $350.78 with “labor” added. That’s way too much for a simple computer repair. Definitely not worth it.

Sent off my laptop for repairs 3 weeks ago, and so far all that they have done is increase the estimate price until I could not pay for it anymore. They broke the motherboard of my laptop and tried to make me pay an extra $500 for it. Customer service told me 3 days ago that I would not have to pay for it, but I was surprised to hear that I was responsible for this today. My estimate was more than the price of a brand new laptop.
