Absolutely terrible experience. You cannot talk to anyone over the phone, they have a mandatory AI answering service. Upon returning to the store for my pick up appointment, and waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time, I was told that my laptop wasn't ready yet and I would have to make ANOTHER appointment. Once I returned for my SECOND pick up appointment, there was a huge line and it moves SO SLOWLY. I dont understand why appointments are required if they completely disregard the appointment times
Tried to get my TV repaired through Best Buy, and I would strongly discourage others from doing the same. After two months, four all to half day appointment blocks (two of which were no-call, no-show), multiple phone calls to customer service, and $150 sunk...my TV is still not fixed. The disconnect between the local repair team, the customer service line, and the parts procurement process was truly abysmal. Brought iPhone for a screen replacement, they said it would take 2-3 hours, was promised it would take a maximum of 24 hours. It took them almost 2 days because they “forgot” to schedule an Apple certified technician to fix the phone. Tried to call multiple times while waiting for them to contact me about my phone, they never answered.
I hate leaving negative reviews.. but after making an appointment, filling out paperwork, being assured multiple times that they can repair my phone and have it done in a few hours, and waiting for my entire lunch break and then some, they shrug and tell me they “can’t process it.” No explanation, nothing they can do to help, just told me to go somewhere else. My customer recently purchased a computer from this location and had them do a 'data transfer' but they did an impressively unthourough job and lost almost all of my customer's documents except their downloads folder and a shortcut on the desktop. They only transferred some of her documents, without going the extra mile to export passwords files and other necessary steps to facilitate a transition from one computer to the next for any computer user, nor did they validate their transfer after finishing.
