My customer recently purchased a computer from this location and had them do a 'data transfer' but they did an impressively unthourough job and lost almost all of my customer's documents except their downloads folder and a shortcut on the desktop. They only transferred some of her documents, without going the extra mile to export passwords files and other necessary steps to facilitate a transition from one computer to the next for any computer user, nor did they validate their transfer after finishing. Brought in my 13 y/o son and his laptop today. My son isn’t the most articulate and I wasn’t entirely sure what the problem was, only that there was a problem. It took three guys brainstorming, and the third got it worked out. He was kind and extremely patient listening to my son and made sure everything worked the way my son needed and expected.
Sal at Geek Squad is absolutely the GOAT (Greatest of all time)!! He helped/assisted me and my troubles with my phone being locked and was unable to unlock it. Sal, in my opinion went over and beyond to fix my phone. I cannot tell you the exceptional, outstanding, top notch customer service Sal provided me!! He is 100% knowledgeable of all cell phone devices. I highly recommend the Geek Squad, pls go see Sal!! Thank you again!
