Had an appointment window from 6:15-9:15PM tonight for an install and they didn't show or even call me

Garbage company. Bought a protection plan on TV. Remote stopped working which is supposed to be covered. Went to store who claimed to order a new remote. Days later got email said that couldn't get remote and would reimburse me if I bought one. I sent them email telling them to just provide me a universal remote since I would not be able to find exact remote anyway. Crickets. Doesn't honor their protection plans. Lesson learned is to always buy at Costco.

We just had a very nice young man named Jared come to program our new Universal remote. He noticed that our old remote, that wasn’t working properly, needed an update. Now he didn’t have to do that he could have just programmed the new one and called it a day but instead he did the update, showed me how to do any future updates and it works perfectly now. Thank you Jared.

Went in to send off my laptop for a repair. Visit went fine even though they said that it would probably be returned in the exact condition it left. However when I was leaving I had noticed they wanted to return it to my old address so I said that I didn’t live there and I wrote down my current address for them to use instead but opted for the in store pickup still. Well now it’s a few days later and guess what? They’re sending it to my old address after the last words the employee said to me were “yeah I’ll just get this ad... read more
