Went in to send off my laptop for a repair. Visit went fine even though they said that it would probably be returned in the exact condition it left. However when I was leaving I had noticed they wanted to return it to my old address so I said that I didn’t live there and I wrote down my current address for them to use instead but opted for the in store pickup still. My actual rating would be zero stars if it were possible. Took over two months for them to get in an Apple phone screen. Once they received the part I made an appointment THROUGH GEEK SQUAD. Once I show up for the appointment (which is 30 minutes from my house), they tell me that they do not service Apple products after 2:30 pm.
