Shitty! Whomever decided to take away the ability to contact a store directly should be fired. I live a ways from the closest Best Buy, and wanted to know if my new computer would indeed be ready for pickup after data transfer. No way to find that out, just drive.
Today I had a problem with Outlook mail using my Windows 11 program. I was planning to go to the local GS, who has been excellent at helping me in the recent weeks with my laptop. Today I used the Chat feature, was connected with Pratim Biswas, who helped me in a flash correct a simple (yet user confusing) issue. Thank you. This service is well worth the price for me because I must not be a very logical thinker in using the computer.
Joey is absolutely perfect in every way, as a person, with her demeanor, character, integrity and patience (which I require sooo much of!) She is one to be cloned everywhere. Bless Best Buy for employing her, I would follow her anywhere. Thank you, Suzanne
