Very friendly and professional team. Gavin in particular was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to go above and beyond, including advice that my own phone carrier would not provide. His level of manners, kindness and professionalism are rare, especially for a young man from his generation. I had an absolute superb experience. Thank you!

Got good assistance
Rerouting customer phone calls to India after 10 minutes of automated voice BS, just to find out repairs are overpriced and serviced by undereducated teenagers?? Never shopping here again, go to hell.
They are nice and all. Fixed the issue I had. But service is slower than DMV. Even with a scheduled meeting, expect to wait 20 or more minutes. Maybe they need to hire more people? Won’t go back.
