Absolutely horrible customer service. My laptop was kept for almost 2 weeks without any communication initiated by Geek Squad. I called 2 days after dropping off computer and it hadn't even been assigned to a technician. A man finally called today, said my laptop was ready for pick up. Didn't bother to notify me that nothing had been repaired. There were 3 things wrong and they did not repair a single one. I had to open up my laptop at the counter to find the screen still cracked. The people physically located at the Manchester store are lovely and helpful, earning the second star. Any of the actual techs that need to be contacted for a shipped repair barely communicate in English, and at that, barely at all. Trying to keep tabs on a laptop repair was like pulling teeth. And once my laptop WAS repaired, they somehow managed to not put a wireless network adapter into the machine, which is almost a necessity in the modern era.
