The in-person crew is amazing, personable, and diligent. They are the reason why there are any stars with this review lol. However, the problems that I had required my computer to be sent out. Even with it being on the warranty, it wasn't worth it (but maybe they rushed through it because it was on a warranty?) The work done was poor...It took about a week for them to "fix" but I had to send it back multiple times because they didn't look over their work.
