Jared showed up exactly on time, immediately got to work on the install. Super professional & hard working. Struggled with cameras due to my hillbilly internet service but worked through until he had all working. Verified all was good before leaving. If I have any further problems I hope to get him back as he is a credit to the Best Buy organization.
Save your money! Dropped off my laptop for a cleanup Friday. They told us the work on the laptop would be done by Monday because it is the only one I have and it is work. Monday came and went. I called got transferred to a outside customer service location that has such strong accents it's difficult to understand them, but they told me my laptop would be ready by Wednesday.
