Edit rating from 1 star to 4. Nate @ Vestal NY Geek Squad deserves 5 stars++ as well as Corporate. However National Geek Squad poor communication. Laptop under warranty stopped working. Son without car @ Binghamton University dropped @ Vestal a week ago. U can’t get a person @ actual store to talk to u. Got 4 different answers with status Natl Geek squad 1) Hardware needs to be shipped out 2) Replacement 3) Working on it 4) Fixed & ready to pick up but an actual appt to get is 2 weeks.
