i hate the AI answering service i had to yell multiple times to get through to a live person
We walked in to one guy named Mo at the counter after I spent hours troubleshooting my grandmas tablet for her just for him to turn it off and on again and say there's nothing he can do. Albeit we didn't make an appointment but there was nobody in line and we weren't rude but he sent us on our way with nothing. Had to go through them for a laptop repair and I pay for a "total tech warrenty" only to have them tell me its my fault for the problem and they won't cover it. even though over the phone I was told by 4 seperate people it would be covered. horrible communication, horrible customer service, go anywhere but here this place needs to know its not okay to treat customers this way. NEVER PURCHASE THE TECH SUPPORT. They will continue to charge you for two additional years after cancellation and then refuse to address the issue hanging up the second you ask to speak to a supervisor. To stop the charges I would have had to cancel and reactivate my credit card. Their continued charges are fraud and I am reporting this activity to the Attorney General of Michigan.
