BEWARE. My laptop was sent out for a screen hinge repair. Upon receiving it back after repair, it was apparent that something was botched as my screen flickered and went in and out. Sent it out again to have the issue corrected. I was sent a repair estimate, spoke with many reps who agreed that the repair shouldn’t cost me anything and should be corrected. You literally can’t talk to anyone if you call their number. They have one of the most obstructive automated voice systems in existence. You will NOT be able to reach anyone for even a simple question. I will not be giving my business to this company anymore since they can’t even hire someone to pick up the phone and instead they waste 20-30 minutes of the customer time just to find out if they offer a simple service.
