I’ve been going to Geek Squad in Okemos for my car audio needs for a few years now, and Jim always does a great job. I recently had a backup camera installed, and once again had a great experience. He’s knowledgeable and trustworthy, and he takes the time to explain everything in detail so you can make an informed decision. If you need car electronics or audio installed in your vehicle, look no further. Jim is the best in town.
i hate the AI answering service i had to yell multiple times to get through to a live person
We walked in to one guy named Mo at the counter after I spent hours troubleshooting my grandmas tablet for her just for him to turn it off and on again and say there's nothing he can do. Albeit we didn't make an appointment but there was nobody in line and we weren't rude but he sent us on our way with nothing. He was very condescending towards me even after I told him about all my work to fix the tablet. Had to go through them for a laptop repair and I pay for a "total tech warrenty" only to have them tell me its my fault for the problem and they won't cover it. even though over the phone I was told by 4 seperate people it would be covered. horrible communication, horrible customer service, go anywhere but here this place needs to know its not okay to treat customers this way.
