Staff was not personable and rude. They were not helpful upon asking basic questions. The general public may not have tech knowledge as they have and unfortunately they make that known to customers in unprofessional ways such as the service representative did by rolling his eyes and walking away mid-question. I do not recommend Racine Geek Squad inside of Best Buy.
I’d give no stars if possible. My experience has been nothing but a waste of time and lack of accountability for doing so. 1) Made an appointment on 11/06/24 for a diagnostics test for my phone that kept turning off at 100% battery and turn back on and be on 10%. Come to find out my battery was running below 70% capacity and was told by one of the geek squad techs that I’d need a new battery and it would have to be ordered because they didn’t have any in stock which would take 2-5 business days. worst experience ever took forever to answer the phone, then when they did i was put on hold immediately. all for one question.
