Poor customer service, great service on the computer I took in fair price for the service I needed
Had an amazing experience with Jack Larson. Kind, walks through the process with detail, and is overall a hard worker.
HORRIBLE DO NOT USE!! After BEST BUY sold me items that did not work and told me to call Geek Squad, I did...had to pay them to schedule an appointment and was told that they would be at my house between 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. After they did not come at 7:40, I called. He said he was 30 to 40 minutes away. They then told me they were only coming to handle one of two items. Not only was this TOO LATE to come but they were NOT going to fix all the items that needed to be done. WHAT A JOKE AND RIP OFF!!
There are several things wrong with this business. First it's is very difficult to actually set up an appointment by phone and straight up not possible to reach anyone locally by phone. Second even if you have an appointment you may end up still waiting 30+ minutes while other walk-in customers get helped. Third they fix very little in store. They seem to want to sell a new one or mail off your device for an unknown amount of time. Forth most of the staff I have dealt with there does not seem very knowledgeable. If it's an i... read more
