Took my laptop in because the fan was being noisier than usual, the first guy I talked with didn’t even diagnose it and just said we would have to send it in and wasn’t helpful at all, he never even opened the laptop it was a waste of time and an appointment. Next day after getting ready to send it the next day the guy was a young man who was more helpful and ran a diagnostic thing before sending it in.
