Had a 10:40 appointment trash customer service the people there aren't considerate of your time or daily plans went there to get computer fixed they tried charging me to send it out to get fixed shouldn't they fix it there at the location and ontop of that while they were helping me they left to go help someone else didn't leave till 1130 very unprofessional workers here what are we even paying geek squad for ?

Took my laptop in because the fan was being noisier than usual, the first guy I talked with didn’t even diagnose it and just said we would have to send it in and wasn’t helpful at all, he never even opened the laptop it was a waste of time and an appointment. Next day after getting ready to send it the next day the guy was a young man who was more helpful and ran a diagnostic thing before sending it in. He said I had to pay 80$ to send it and before they replace anything or do anything they would confirm that we wanted to do... read more
