Bad customer service
I came in on 5/5/25 because my daughter's computer quit work right before her college finals. Kathryn helped me decide what to do. She is the most patient and kind person on the planet. We decided to do a data transfer. I had know idea how to find the Microsoft account for the computer. She walked me and my autistic daughter through everything.
