They wrote the password incorrectly to get into my computer. I told them I had very important files regarding a customers project and had a hard deadline which will cost me several hundreds of dollars in revenue. They NEVER called me.. I had to call the 800 number so they could tell them to contact me. Then they sent me a number with an extension. So I call the number and it never accepts the pound to put in the extension.
