I called asking about if they can help my elderly parents fix their iPhones, iPads, and Mac book as they were not getting emails, as they were hacked and someone also took over their FB. They told me there is a service for $200 a year that they can assist with all that and you can go in store, by phone, or remotely. I confirmed that that it was for household and for all devices. The best customer service, very friendly and accommodating and that was from the young lady that cheerfully checked me in, to Agent Dann and Agent Comstock. I did have an appointment and I had prompt service with no wait. They were able to get my laptop up and running again in a short amount of time. This was a very pleasant experience in a moment of crisis and I would highly recommend Geek Squad at Parkside!
