Cracked a $900 laptop. Got quoted a range of $375-$500 to fix it so I spent the $90 deposit to send it in to get fixed being ok even with the high end of the estimate. The real assessment after a week of waiting was $854 with possible surcharges.... At that point I would have rather been recommended a new laptop.

I love when the geek squad crew helps me out with installing new TVs. I hate when TVs break but the experience with geek squad is always relaxed and the employees are respectful and they listen well. I hope these professionals are getting paid the salary they deserve they are amazing.
