My laptop was locked by "bitlocker" so I took it to them and they were able to make it functional again; although I had to do a lot of personalization. One of the folders that they backed up wouldn't open due to permissions. They took over my computer remotely and couldn't correct the problem, so I was told to take it in for service. Adolfo got my tablet all set up and met me promptly for the pick up appointment. He was very efficient and helpful. Definitely an above and beyond employee who knows his stuff and willing to help in any way possible. I hope I don't need to utilize geek squad, because that means I screwed up my new surface pro, but if I do, I'll be happy to return!
