I called them to make an appointment to fix my back camera sensor and I had to pay them before I got there. So after I paid them he transferred me over to someone to make an appointment now mind you I live in Jersey City New Jersey where there is a Best buy. But he never told me that the Best buy in Jersey City doesn't have a bay. So now I'm trying to find a place that has a bay with the lady on the phone and everything is so far away so now I wanted to get a refund and they were running me around and transferred me from one... read more

The Best
I found GS to be a pain in the butt previously. But they were really good at the Woodbridge Store. Very pleasant and thorough on the intake. Completed the service in like 5 hours as opposed to the 2-3 days they quoted. I had recently signed up for the Best Buy Total Membership after another purchase and it covered my older laptop. Nice!
